INGREDIENTS – Per mojito, you’ll need…

A slice of peeled cucumber

10 fresh mint leaves

A teaspoon or two of cane sugar, to taste

The juice of 1 lime, small

1 shot of V Gallery Cucumber vodka

Soda

HOW TO MIX

Bundle the cucumber, mint and sugar into a long, sturdy glass and press until everything comes together.

Fill up to the top with ice, then pour in the lime juice and V Gallery Cucumber vodka.

Top off with soda, stir, and serve.
